A painting that is hand-painted on a surface is unique and the only one of it's kind. It cannot be recreated or mass produced. It is not created by a robot or mechanical device. It's created by a human. It is an expression from the perception of an artist. Each paint stroke is unique. This is why I chose to become a painter. I wanted to continue this timeless tactile activity of expression especially when digitalization and mass production have become so dominant.

THE ARTIST
“Every small piece is essential to the large creation they become - in art, society, and the living”. ~ Melissa Mae Kors
